Seniors - deadlines are very important - you should be checking websites of college/universities or trade/tech schools you are interested in check specific deadlines.

The First Presbyterian Church is sponsoring a Community Youth Development 5 K Run / 1.5 Mile Walk - Sunday April 30th @ 2pm. Applications are in the guidance office.

 

Tryouts for cheerleading this year will be held on Friday March 24th with clinics running from Tuesday March 21st  throught the 23rd from 3:30-5:30 in the Elementary gymnasium. (Fry)

 

Seniors: Local scholarships are being posted on the scholarship board which is located on the school's website and they are also being posted on Remind.com - please be sure to check the website for all local scholarships!

 

The Junior Class will be selling prom tickets until April 5th during all lunch periods.  The cost of each ticket is $50.00.  The prom will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at The Corinthian in Sharon, Pennsylvania.    Tickets will also be sold in the Elementary Media Center daily after school from 3:00-5:00 p.m.  If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Smiley in the Elementary Media Center.  Thank you. Attention any boy wanting to try out for the golf team next school year - There will be a meeting on Friday, March 24th after school in the cafeteria. (Cooper)

 

Hubbard High School has a baseball game schedule for Friday, April 21 at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio.  We will have 3 charter busses available to transport those students interested in attending the game.  This will be considered a field trip.  We will leave the high school at noon and should return to the high school at approximately 7:00 p.m.

 

The cost is $20.00 and includes your ticket and the charter bus ride to the field.  Tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis.  There will be 3 busses with 50 students per bus.  You must pay your $20.00 when you sign up.  Sign-ups will begin on Wednesday, March 22 and end on Wednesday, March 29. Again, you must pay your $20.00 when you sign up.  The Baseball Booster club is sponsoring this trip and paying a portion of the rent for the charter busses.
