10. Approved the 2019-2020 HEVSD Classified Sub List, as submitted.

12. Approved Resolution #20-07, declaring transportation to be impractical, as submitted.
13. Approved Resolution #20-08 authorizing the Ohio Schools Council to advertise and receive bids on behalf of the HEVSD Board as per the specifications submitted for the cooperative purchase of one - 71 passenger conventional school bus chassis and body.

15. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Karen Cassano, HMS teacher, for the purpose of retirement, effective June 1, 2020, as per HEA negotiated agreement.
16. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Helene Jordan, HMS teacher, for the purpose of retirement, effective June 1, 2020, as per HEA negotiated agreement.
17. Approved a contract modification for Bonnie Blatt, from 3.0 hrs. Step 1, to 3.5 hrs. Step 1, effective August 27, 2019, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement.
18. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Bonnie Blatt, Bus driver, effective September 13, 2019, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement.
