8. Approved the following for the 2020-2021 school year, as per HEA negotiated agreement.

10. Approved the following “Eagle Launch” tutor, August 11,12, 13, 18, 19, 20 of 2020, as per HEA negotiated agreement, to be paid out of IDEA-B funds:

11. Approved the following extended days, for the 2020-2021 school year only, to address Speech and Language Evaluations which were delayed due to the March-June 2020 COVID-19 school closure:

14. Approved Devin Javens, Kraken Assistant Swim Coach, effective 7/1/2020, @ $10.00/hr.

16. Approved the second reading and adoption of the following board policy, to be implemented for the 2021-2022 school year:

17. Approved a contract renewal between Action Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Inc. and the HEVSD, beginning August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2023, as submitted.

18. Resolution #21-04:

Approved Resolution #21-04: To amend the following Administrator employment contracts to include as an annual fringe benefit the attendance incentive included in the Hubbard Education Association collective bargaining agreement effective through June 30, 2021 retroactive to July 1, 2019:

19. Approved the adjustment of the 2020-2021 school calendar as follows:

The first student day to be moved from Tuesday, August 25, 2020 to Monday, August 31, 2020

Kindergarten Assessment will take place 8/31/20-9/8/20

Full day for Kindergarten will be moved from 9/2/20 to Thursday September 10, 2020

The November 3, 2020 Waiver Day has been cancelled, it will be a regular student school day

20. Resolution #21-05: District’s Restart Plan:

Approved Resolution #21-05: To authorize the district’s restart plan for the 2020-2021 school year during the continued presence of Covid-19, as submitted.

21. Approved a contract modification for Lindsey Stanford, from BA Step 1, to BA+15 Step 1, as per HEA negotiated agreement

22. Approved Mike Brekoski, HHS long term substitute Science teacher, as per HEA negotiated agreement.
