4. Approved Resolution #23-11: Accepting the amount and rates determined by the Budget
Commission, authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the county Auditor for
Fiscal Year 2023-2024, as submitted.
5. Approved the TCESC 2022-2023 Certified and Classified Substitute Lists, as updated and
submitted.
6. Approved the 2022-2023 HEVSD Classified Substitute List, as updated and submitted.
7. Approved the following certified substitute as a classified substitute on an “as needed” basis, at the
daily substitute teacher rate.

9. Approved the adjustment to the board meeting date/location for the October 16, 2023 meeting at

11. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Hayley Rabich, HHS Part Time Art Teacher, effective the
end of the 2022-2023 school year.
12. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Kristen Democko, HES Paraprofessional, effective
February 13, 2023.
13. Approved unpaid leave for Marilyn Berchuck, HMS Paraprofessional, effective February 13, 2023,
as per OAPSE negotiated agreement.

15. Approved DeLisa Rosine, HES/HMS K-6 Nurse, one year limited contract, BA Step 1, effective for
the 2023-2024 school year, as per posting dated February 3, 2023, as per HEA negotiated
agreement.
16. Approved a one year limited contract (pro-rated for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year),
for Jessica Tressa, HES Paraprofessional - One on One, Step 0, 6.5 hours per day, effective on
February 28, 2023, for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year, as per the posting dated
February 21, 2023, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement.
17. Approved permission for High School Baseball to play games at Harding Park due to large number of
players, at a cost of $25.00 per game for the 2022-2023 school year.
18. Approved the following coach for the 2022-2023 Spring Athletic Season, as per HEA negotiated
agreement. All coaches are subject to all required certifications.
