Dear Families,
Enclosed you will find 4 tickets for our Promenade on May 8, 2021. Tickets will only be given out to current Hubbard students. That includes our in person students, remote students, and students attending TCTC. There will be seating available in the following three areas: the high school gymnasium, auditorium, and the middle school gymnasium. We are asking for everyone to enter through the main doors at the high school. You are welcome to sit in one of the three designated areas. We will monitor the spaces, and if one becomes full, we may ask that you choose another one. Students that are attending prom will proceed through all three areas. Promenade begins promptly at 4:30 p.m. The doors will be open at 4:00 p.m. for guests to find their seats. Seats will be available on a first come, first serve basis. There will be a designated area in the high school gymnasium for the families of students who have been nominated for Prom Court due to the fact that is where the Prom King and Queen will be crowned. This event will also be on Hubbard High School Athletic Facebook page.
Students that are attending prom are asked to park in the back parking lot and enter through the middle school cafeteria doors. We will give directions for how the procession will take place at that point. Students will be able to enter the building at 4:00 p.m.
Memory Lane will be there to take pictures at the beginning of the processional. These pictures will be available for purchase on their website.
