Scheduling for the 2021-2022 school year will be conducted differently this year. We will be mailing home a scheduling packet to each student. In that packet, you will find:
Cover letter explaining scheduling
Colored Grade level scheduling sheet (colored paper with available courses listed)
Colored Grade level Time Slot Form (colored paper to aid in scheduling the correct number of classes)
Grade level Required Courses and Prerequisite sheet
Student Transcript (grades 9, 10, 11 only)
Publications application
Return Envelope (postage paid)
We would like you to complete both the colored papers (Grade level scheduling sheet and Grade level Time Slot Form) and return them in the enclosed envelope to the high school by Wednesday, February 3, 2021. Please be sure they have a parent signature. Counselors will make schedules for students who do not return required scheduling sheets.
An email with scheduling information will be sent to every student in grades 8, 9, 10 and 11 -- students need to check their Hubbard email accounts and carefully review the material.
Please view the videos below to aid in your course selection:
Please click HERE for access to the Academic Coursebook which includes a description of all the courses offered at Hubbard High School.
If you have any questions while completing your scheduling material, please contact your school counselor.
