Application Packets-Pick up Monday, March 29 through Thursday, April 8,
2021, 8:00 am-3:00 pm at the Hubbard Board of Education Office, 108 Orchard
Avenue.
Completed Application Packets-Return Tuesday, March 30 through Friday,
April 9, 2021, 8:00 am-3:00 pm at the Board of Education Office.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. Do not mail the
application packets.
Children must by 4 years old prior to September 30, 2021 to be eligible.
