Dear Parent,
Your child will be visiting the Hubbard Public Library Children’s Room on the date scheduled below. During the visit, children will learn about the library’s SUMMER READING PROGRAM and there will be time to choose and borrow library books.
Please see that your child brings his/her library card to school on the day scheduled for his visit. As long as your child has no lost materials or unpaid collection fees, he/she will be able to borrow 2 books. If your child does not already have a card, please visit the library and register before your child’s scheduled class visit.
Be aware, library cards are not transferable. We cannot check your child out on any card other than one issued in their name.
All borrowed books will be due at the public library 3 weeks after the visit. Call the library at 330-534-3512, ext. 3 if you have any questions.
