Hubbard Schools honor veterans throughout the month of November

The Hubbard Exempted Village School District is celebrating local veterans all month long. To mark Veterans Day, the district recently purchased and installed a banner that reads “Hubbard Students and Staff Thank Our Veterans''. The banner hangs on the fence facing the Hubbard VFW and will be on display throughout the month of November. The district also worked with Eagle Wear to create custom t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats for local veterans. The items were delivered to the Hubbard Hubbard VFW ahead of Veterans Day and will be distributed to members as a token of the district’s appreciation.
