Kylee Bentley, Hayden Fox and Maggie Lewis announce college choices

On Monday, May 17, 2021, in front of their family and friends, three Hubbard senior student athletes had a chance to announce their commitments to play at the next level and partake in their signing day.


Senior Kylee Bentley had a groundbreaking career at Hubbard as the schools first two-time state placers at the Ohio High School Wrestling Coaches Association Girls State Tournament during her junior and senior year's. She will continue her groundbreaking career at Hiram College where she will be a part of the first Women's Wrestling Team at Hiram in the fall. Kylee will study education and hopes to become a kindergarten teacher.


Senior Hayden Fox is a four year letter winner and had a stellar career behind the dish for the Eagles. During his senior campaign he hit .318 at the plate and drove in 25 Eagles as well. Hayden will continue his journey at Bethany College in West Virginia where he will be a member of their baseball team as well. Hayden's major at this time is undecided.


Senior Maggie Lewis is a four year letter winner on the girl's Bowling team at Hubbard and she was a member of the Lady Eagles Bowling team this year that took 3rd Place at the OHSAA State Bowling Tournament. Maggie also was a multiple time letterwinner on the girls Cross Country team at Hubbard during her athletic career in high school. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Walsh University in Canton where she will be a member of the Women's Bowling Program. Maggie, plans to major in Clinical Laboratory Science.
