Linda Slater Memorial Award for Inspiration in Education

The Future Educators of America at Hubbard High School would like to recognize and honor an outstanding teacher who has inspired their students to become the best version of themselves both in and out of the classroom.   The distinction has been named the Linda Slater Memorial Award for Inspiration in Education. Nominations can be made by current students, former students, parents, community members, staff members or anyone else who would like to recognize the hard work of an educator at Hubbard Schools.  All nominations will be reviewed by a panel of judges, who will be given criteria to select the one person who they believe goes above and beyond to inspire their students.  The winning teacher will be recognized in August on the staffs’ first day back to school during the district’s general assembly.  The district has partnered with Great Clips, which will make a $500 donation to the winning teacher.  The link below will take you to a form for digital submission.
