On Tuesday, November 20, fifth grade students enjoyed the retelling of a Native American myth from our guest speaker and storyteller Aurora Night Rainbow. Students learned a Native American chant and saw several authentic artifacts. Some students even got to participate in a naming ceremony! Her presentation aligned with 5th grade ELA and social studies standards.
