Second grade students visit Ford Nature Center

Recently, our second grade students traveled to the Ford Nature Center in Youngstown to learn about science. Naturalists taught the students about living things and the environment through a nature walk, where some lucky students saw deer. After the walk, students went on a scavenger hunt for animals in the Habitat Room. Finally, the students visited a live animal exhibit, where they got to touch a box turtle.
