Students in Mrs. Frank's second grade class have been learning about ways in which people can help their community. Recently, they finished the book Biblioburro by Jeaneete Winter, which is a true story about a man in Colombia who delivers books on his burros to children in far away villages. Inspired by his generosity, several students donated their gently used books to be donated to the free lending library book boxes in our community and to another agency in need of books!
