Survey: School Travel Plan

The Hubbard Exempted Village School District is planning for the future and wants your feedback!

Through the Safe Routes to School Program, which promotes walking and bicycling to school, we are developing a School Travel Plan in hopes of eliminating barriers that may prevent our students from engaging in active transportation to and from school.

Parents/guardians and community members play an integral role in developing our School Travel Plan.

In order to finalize our School Travel Plan, and to potentially receive grant funding to increase the efficiency and safety of the walking and biking routes, we ask that you complete a short survey that will allow ODOT to understand the specific needs of our school district.

This survey will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. We ask that each family complete only one survey per school. If more than one child from a school brings a survey home, please fill out the survey for the child with the next birthday from today’s date. Your responses will be kept confidential and neither your name nor your child’s name will be associated with any results.
