SURVEY: Summer Extended Learning Opportunities

In an effort to meet the Governor's request for districts to plan for extended learning opportunities, we are seeking feedback from district families about interests/needs for their students. The district is looking to gather parent/family input about the potential opportunities to extend student learning during summer of 2021. The survey should take 3-4 minutes to complete. We ask that families complete the survey by Friday April 9, 2021. Keep in mind, the survey is just to gather data. It is not signing students up for any type of participation. If you have children in multiple buildings, please complete a survey for each building.
