UPDATE (3/17): Coronavirus Information

Hubbard High School, Hubbard Middle School and Hubbard Elementary School was open on Monday, March 16, 2020 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. to students and their families to gather educational materials and personal belongings.


After 12 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, all items that have not been picked up will be delivered to students. Hubbard Schools will document the date, time and location of the drop off. Students/parents/guardians will be responsible for returning the materials once we are back in school.


If for some reason a student or parent needs access to a building, please contact the building principal. The district will work to accommodate your needs in accordance with the recommendations from the Ohio Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION

PK-4 Curriculum

Educational materials for students in grades K-4 will be available electronically through the district’s website/our teachers’ websites beginning Monday, March 16, 2020. If you do not have access to the website, please contact the elementary school office at 330-534-1921 ext. 4001.


5-8 Curriculum

Educational materials for students in grades 5-8 will be available electronically through the district’s website/our teachers’ websites beginning Monday, March 16, 2020. If you do not have access to the website, please contact the middle school office at 330-534-1921 ext. 3001.


9-12 Curriculum

Educational materials for students in grades 9-12 will be available electronically through the district’s website/our teachers’ websites beginning Monday, March 16, 2020. If you do not have access to the website, please contact the high school office at 330-534-1921 ext. 2001.


Special Education Curriculum

Hubbard Schools will comply with accommodations that are expected through students’ IEP or 504 plans. Classroom assignments will be modified to match their needs and abilities and related services will be provided via specially designed activities and followed up with weekly phone conferences. If a parent/guardian has questions about services available, please contact Director of Pupil Services, Mary Mathews-Bebich - mathews-bebechm@hubbard.k12.oh.us.


Teachers will be checking their classroom phones and emails daily and responding daily to students and parents.


FOOD SERVICE INFORMATION

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., the school district will be offering non-perishable food items to those families in need. Vehicles will drive behind the middle school and pick up items in the parking lot. This service will be provided free of charge. Any family that is in need of food, but are unable to pick up the food during the posted days/times are encouraged to contact their child's building principal.


CLEANING INFORMATION

Our district staff will be cleaning the school buildings and buses over the next several weeks.
