Hubbard Elementary School will hold kindergarten registration for the 2026–2027 school year by appointment only on the following dates:
Tuesday, March 24
Wednesday, March 25
Thursday, March 26
Wednesday, April 1
To schedule an appointment, parents or guardians should call 330-534-1921, extension 4001, beginning Tuesday, February 3, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
What to Expect on Registration Day
Parents or guardians should come to Hubbard Elementary School with their child at their scheduled appointment time. During the visit:
Children will participate in a brief screening.
Parents or guardians will complete the online registration process.
Laptops will be provided, and staff will be available to assist as needed.
Required Documents
Parents and guardians must bring copies of all required documents listed below. Final registration cannot be completed unless all copies are provided.
Child’s birth certificate
(Child must be 5 years old before the first day of school in 2026.)
Immunization record
Proof of residency, including one of the following:
Mortgage or bank payment book with name and address
Lease and a current utility bill with resident’s name and address
Most current gas, phone, or electric bill with name and address and two pieces of business mail in a stamped envelope
Municipal Income Tax Registration
Custody or guardianship documentation, if applicable (required in cases of divorce or court-ordered guardianship)
Photo ID of parent or guardian, such as:
Ohio Driver’s License
Ohio Identification Card
Other valid photo identification
