Students in Anna Badurik’s Spanish IV class showcased their creativity and language skills through a unique senior project inspired by the popular television show The Masked Singer.
As part of the project, students wrote, directed, produced and performed in their own original episode of the show. The production featured performances of songs that highlight influential Spanish-speaking artists, including “La Vida es Carnaval” by trailblazer Celia Cruz, “Antes Te Hubiera Conocido” by modern chart-topper Karol G, and “Si No Estás” by rising artist Iñigo Quintero.
To connect the project with a meaningful cause, students also hosted a concession stand during the event. All proceeds will be donated to the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts.
