Miss DeLuco's 1st grade class brought the magic of Thanksgiving to life with their very own Thanksgiving Day Parade! After reading Balloons Over Broadway and taking a virtual field trip to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, her students learned all the steps involved in building a balloon float. Then, each student was assigned an animal and had to design their own colorful balloon to parade through the halls!
