The Hubbard Exempted Village School District invites community members to participate in our Community Walker Program, which provides safe, indoor walking access at Hubbard Elementary School. The program will begin Monday, December 1, 2025.
Days: Monday through Thursday
Hours: 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Check-in Window: 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Anyone arriving after 4:00 p.m. will not be permitted to walk.)
Location: Upper level hallways of Hubbard Elementary School
Registration:
All walkers must register in person at the Hubbard Elementary main office between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on any day school is in session.
Upon registration, you will complete a Walker Waiver Form and receive a Walker ID Badge.
Badges must be worn and visible at all times while walking.
Additional Information
Nine laps around the upper hallway equals approximately one mile.
Walkers must remain in designated walking areas and may not enter classrooms or other buildings.
Please be respectful of district property, staff, and evening activities taking place in the building.
