Hubbard Schools will soon be scheduling parent teacher conferences! Conference Night will be Thursday, October 9, 2025.
Beginning Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 8 a.m., families will be able to log into our school scheduling website and select a time to meet with their child’s teacher(s). Please keep in mind that you do not have to meet with all of their teachers and should be choosing the teacher(s) that you wish/need to meet with only. Families will have the option to meet with their child’s teacher(s) in person or by phone.
The registration window will close on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 11:45 p.m. The instructions below outline the process to follow. If you have any questions or do not have internet access, please contact the school office at 330-534-1921 (Ext, 4001 for HES, Ext. 3001 for HMS, Ext. 2001 for HHS) for help scheduling your child’s conference. Please only schedule a conference time with the teachers you plan to meet with.
1: Log on to: https://myschoolsystems.com/hubbard/elementary

2: Enter your student’s first and last name in the boxes
3: Your password is your child’s student number
4: Click on login. Once logged in you will see a listing of your student’s teachers/classes
5: Click on the schedule button next to the teacher that you would like to schedule a conference with. Please keep in mind that you do not have to meet with all of their teachers and should be choosing the teacher(s) that you wish/need to meet with.
6: You will see a listing of times that this teacher has available.
