Approximately 80 Hubbard High School seniors spent the morning of Monday, April 27, giving back to the community during the school’s 5th annual Senior Service Day.
Students volunteered at locations across the city and township, taking part in projects that included cleaning up Jones Field, Waugh Park, and Tylee Park, raking leaves at Harding Park, assisting at the Eagle Joint Fire District, and supporting projects at Cornerstone Cemetery and Union Cemetery.
Other students picked up litter along North Fox North Road and helped with projects at the Roosevelt Student Wellness Center and around the school campus.
The annual service day gives seniors the opportunity to make a positive impact while giving back to the community that has supported them throughout their school years.
