Congratulations, Hubbard Class of 2027! It’s time to celebrate your senior year and start preparing for graduation.

Jostens graduation information will be mailed home to seniors and families. The mailer, which you can also view here, includes details about ordering your cap and gown, graduation announcements, senior clothing and other graduation items.

All orders should be placed by Nov. 6. Ordering by the deadline helps ensure timely delivery and avoids additional shipping fees on cap and gown orders.

Orders can be placed online through Jostens.com by searching for Hubbard High School or by using the QR code included in the mailer. Orders can also be placed by phone or mail through the local Jostens office.

All packages include the cap, gown and tassel. The Eagle Pack is Jostens' most-selected package and includes the graduation essentials plus a $50 Mascot Shop credit that can be used online for custom Hubbard school spirit wear. Additional packages and individual items are also available.

When ordering a cap and gown, families will need to provide the student’s accurate height and weight to ensure a proper fit. Do not add extra inches for shoes. The cap is one size fits most, and the graduation tassel is included. Additional keepsake tassels are available for an additional cost.

The “fun stuff,” including clothing, bags and keyrings, is expected to ship directly to students’ homes in approximately four weeks. Remaining items, including paper products and the cap and gown, will be delivered to the school in the spring, typically around March or April.

Jostens offers several payment options. Families can pay in full by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. A $100 down payment option is also available by phone or mail, with the remaining balance due by March 1. Checks payable to Jostens, debit cards and credit cards are accepted. Flexible online payment plans are also available through Jostens.com.
