Hubbard Middle School’s Student Council is proud to present the annual eighth grade dance on Friday, May 9th. This year’s theme is “Under the Sea”. Tickets will be sold for $10.00 in the cafeteria during eighth grade lunch beginning Monday, April 28th  through Thursday, May 8th. The dance will be from 6:30-9:00 in the middle school cafeteria. Students must be dropped off at the front of the middle school and enter through the main doors.  There will be light snacks/drinks and a photo booth from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.  The DJ will play music from 7:00 pm to 9:00pm. There will also be a group photo taken after the last dance. Copies of the photo will be sent the following week to those students who attended the dance.   It is for HMS eighth grade students only-- names will be checked at the door. In order to provide a safe and fun experience, no students will be permitted to leave before 9:00 unless previous arrangements have been made with administration.  Please be sure to make arrangements for your child to be picked up at this time.  Chaperones will be present throughout the dance to help monitor and maintain the safety of the students.

This event is a dressy/casual dance. Dresses can be tank style or strapless and should be appropriate in length/coverage. Other attire that can be worn include dress pants/shorts, dress shirt, tie or if they prefer khaki shorts with a polo. The photo booth, refreshments, music and group picture are all included in the cost of admission to the dance.

We hope that the eighth graders will have an amazing time and create lasting memories. We wish them the best of luck as they head to Hubbard High School.
