This past weekend, our middle school students competed against 21 other Trumbull County schools in the annual Prep Bowl competition hosted by the Trumbull County Educational Service Center at Lordstown High School. Our 7th & 8th grade team claimed victory over Brookfield in a head-to-head battle! Hubbard Middle School students went head-to-head with 20 other Trumbull County schools at the annual Prep Bowl competition, hosted by the Trumbull County Educational Service Center at Lordstown High School! Save the Date: Hubbard Schools and the Hubbard Public Library are excited to welcome bestselling children’s author and musician Eric Litwin to Hubbard! When: Thursday, March 20, 2025 Doors open at 5:30 p.m. | Event begins at 6 p.m. Where: Hubbard Schools Auditorium Litwin, the original author of the first four Pete the Cat books, will bring his signature blend of storytelling, music and interactive fun to our families. The first attendees through the doors will receive a signed copy of one of his Pete the Cat books! If we run out of books, signed author sheets will be available. This event is free and made possible by Title I and Title IV federal funding. While the target audience is elementary families, all school and community members are welcome!
