12. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of, Bettyann Spiech, Hubbard Elementary Teacher, for the
purpose of retirement, effective June 1, 2024.
13. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of April Dunkerley, Hubbard Elementary School
Paraprofessional, effective at the end of the 2022-2023 school year.
14. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Jackie Pursel, Hubbard High School Paraprofessional,
effective immediately.
15. Approved the following Daily Building Teacher Substitutes as needed, at the daily teacher substitute
rate, for the 2023-2024 school year, as per HEA agreement, as per the posting dated August 2,
2023, to be paid with ARP ESSER funds.

Paraprofessional, Step 0, 6.5 hours per day, effective for the 2023-2024 school year, as per the
posting dated August 4, 2023, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement.
18. Approved Wendy O’Rourke, Elementary School Daily Building Paraprofessional Substitute, as
needed, at the board approved substitute rate, for the 2023-2024 school year, as per the posting
