  1. Approved Resolution #18-07: Accepting the amount and rates as determined by the Budget Commission, authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the county Auditor, as submitted.

  1. Approved the following coding corrections:

  1. Approved the first reading presentation of the HEVSD 2018-2019 Calendar, as submitted, as per ORC Section 3313.48(B), for adoption at the March 26, 2018 board meeting.

  1. Approved Laurie Jones, Accompanist for the Spring Musical for the 2017-2018 school year, as per HEA negotiated agreement.

  1. Approved the TCESC 2017-2018 Certified and Classified Substitute Lists, as updated and submitted.

  1. Approved a Master Agreement between Eastern Gateway and Hubbard Exempted Village School District regarding College Credit Plus, as submitted.

  1. Approved the revised contract between HEVSD and the Trumbull County Educational Service Center 2017-2018 school year, from $468,411.00 to $601,411.00, as submitted.

  1. Approved Debbie Ridel, home instruction tutor for HES grade 1 student, as per posting dated February 13, 2018.

  1. Approved Ashley Carter and Heather White, co-home instruction tutors, 2.5 hrs. each, per week, grade 5 student, effective 2/5/18, as per posting dated January 30, 2018.

  1. Approved the following Transportation modifications, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement:

Renee Lee/Driver from 6.25 hrs. to 6.0 hrs. effective 2/5/2018

Roberta Cornell/Aide from 6.0 hrs. to 5.75 hrs. effective 2/5/2018

  1. Reappointed Hubbard Public Library Trustee Albert Sauline, to the Library Board with the term beginning April 1, 2018 and ending March 31, 2025.

  1. Approved the list of prospective graduates from Hubbard High School, the Class of 2018, as submitted.

  1. Approved a one year limited contract for Melissa Yartz, bus driver, 3.0 hours, Step 0, effective February 5, 2018, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement.

17. Approved Ben Lane, 7th & 8th grade girls Track Coach, for the 2017-2018 school year, as per HEA negotiated agreement. *All coaches are subject to all required certifications.

18. Approved David Stallard, 7th & 8th grade Asst. Track Coach, for the 2017-2018 school year, as per HEA negotiated agreement. *All coaches are subject to all required certifications.

19. Approved Jim Phibbs, co-Assistant Boys Track Coach, 7%, for the 2017-2018 school year, as per HEA negotiated agreement. *All coaches are subject to all required certifications.

20. Approved Beverly Anderson, co-Assistant Boys Track Coach, 1%, for the 2017-2018 school year, as per HEA negotiated agreement. *All coaches are subject to all required certifications.

21. Approved Ryan Love, Volunteer Assistant Baseball Coach for the 2017-2018 school year. *All coaches are subject to all required certifications.

22. Approved the following Volunteer Track Coaches for the 2017-2018 school year. *All coaches are subject to all required certifications.
