  1. Approved Mary Davis, Assistant Spring Musical Director Advisor for the 2017-2018 school year, as per HEA negotiated agreement.

  1. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Eileen Pringle as bus driver only, effective January 3, 2018, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement.

  1. Approved the following Transportation modifications, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement:

Rebecca Tritt from 3.75 hrs. to 4.0 hrs. effective 1/3/2018

Thomas Shaffer from 3.0 hrs. to 3.5 hrs. effective 1/3/2018

  1. Approved the contract between Hubbard Exempted Village School District and Richard Kevern & Associates E-Rate Connection, to manage the 2018-2019 Federal E-Rate Program application process, as submitted.

  1. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Linda McMonagle, Data Secretary, effective January 16, 2018.

  1. Approved Linda McMonagle, Data Secretary, “as needed” at $13.75 per hour, effective January 16, 2018.

  1. Approved the following lifeguards be hired at the Hubbard Community Pool:

Hayley Rabich Lifeguard @ $9.15/hr., effective January 3, 2018

Melissa DeMattio Head Lifeguard @ $11.15/hr., effective January 4, 2018

  1. Approved a one year limited contract for Lori Hivner, Cook, 4.0 hrs., Step 0, effective

January 22, 2018, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement.

  1. Approved John W. Schiraldi, 8.0 hr. substitute midnight custodian “as needed” at $10.00/hr., effective January 8, 2018.

  1. Approved the following addition and updates to the Classified Sub List for the 2017-2018 school year, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement:

  1. Approved the TCESC 2017-2018 Certified and Classified Substitute Lists, as updated and submitted.

  1. Approved a Master Agreement between Kent State University and Hubbard Exempted Village School District regarding College Credit Plus, for the 2018-2019 school year, as submitted.

  1. Approved a $500 stipend for Geneen Morrison, to facilitate a district wide book study, to be paid from Title IIA funds.​

  1. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Yolanda Resatar, as HES Office Secretary, effective January 3, 2018.

  1. Approved Yolanda Resatar, HES Principal’s Secretary, for the 2017-2018 school year, 210 days pro-rated, Step 2, effective January 3, 2018, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement.

  1. Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Mary Kay Puncekar as Transportation Secretary and Parapro, effective January 4, 2018.

  1. Approved Mary Kay Puncekar, HES Office Secretary, for the 2017-2018 school year, 210 days pro-rated, Step 8, effective January 4, 2018, as per OAPSE negotiated agreement.
