HMPTO $500 to Hubbard Middle School Principal’s Fund

Mr. & Mrs. Tony Guarnieri $500 to High School Woodshop

Lynne Petro $50 in memory of retired teacher Margaret Halavick to student services

Thomas Lee $40 in memory of retired teacher Margaret Halavick to student services

Valentina Dubasik $20 in memory of retired teacher Margaret Halavick to student services

  1. Approved Resolution #18-09: Accepting the amount and rates as determined by the Budget Commission, authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the county Auditor for Fiscal Year 2018-2019, as submitted.

  1. Approved the use of Local Government Services of the Auditor of State to compile the basic financial statements for the Hubbard Exempted Village School District for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2018, June 30, 2019 and June 30, 2020. It is estimated that 96 hours per fiscal year will be needed to complete this project. The fees for these services are $50 per hour and are not anticipated to exceed $4,800 each year.

  1. Approved the second and final reading presentation of the HEVSD 2018-2019 Calendar, as submitted, as per ORC Section 3313.48(B), for adoption.

  1. Approved the TCESC 2017-2018 Certified and Classified Substitute Lists, as updated and submitted.

  1. Approved the addendum to Director of Curriculum Tricia Lockso’s 2017-2019 contract of employment, as submitted.

  1. Approved a Master Agreement between YSU and Hubbard Exempted Village School District regarding College Credit Plus, as submitted.

  1. Approved the second and final reading of the following board policies to be adopted:

  1. Adjusted board agenda Item X.U. dated 2/20/18, the spelling only of Oliva Hardin to read Olivia Hardin.
